Shannon & fellow trainers kicked (and punched) off the new release for the Body Combat Program on Friday, August 25. Shannon leads the martial-arts inspired cardio workout at North Dodge Athletic Club. Walter frequently participates in the class as well. Soon, both will have to register their hands as deadly weapons. Check out the pics in the gallery.
